Shipping

Our interactive testing engine is downloadable software; you can download your purchased products in the user center after you complete payment. Usually it will take about 1-4 hours to process your order. So please wait for a while after you purchase your products. If, however, you cannot get access to downloadable products within 4 hours after payment, please send e-mails to service@pass4sure.com.

For the hard copies shipment, usually it will take 5- 10 working days depending on the international delivery.
